The MacKenzie Country

Funky Monkey went to Twizel with Kyle recently.  On the way he got to see New Zealands highest mountain - Mt Cook.



In the weekend there, there was an event called Wings over water.  
Near Twizel there are lots of lakes.









Twizel is a holiday town mainly.  It was built orginally for workers who were building some of the canels and big powerstations there are.

    Cameron: I think Funky Monkey was very lucky to see an army vehicle! Mr Bee is coming to the movies with our class today to see Madagascar 3!

    Damon: I hope that Funky Monkey is having fun with all of the adventures he has been having with the boys from Te Tama!
